This Website is operated by Asfar Travel Agency LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 10 39th St – Al Karama – Dubai ("AsfarTrip", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using AsfarTrip.com (the "Website") or any of the services offered through it (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Website and Services immediately.

AsfarTrip may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

AsfarTrip acts solely as an intermediary between you and independent third-party travel service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, activity providers, insurance companies and other travel suppliers (collectively, the "Suppliers").

We do not own or operate aircraft, hotels or any of the travel services displayed on the Website. All bookings made through AsfarTrip are fulfilled directly by the relevant Supplier and are subject to that Supplier's terms and conditions, including fare rules, conditions of carriage and policies on changes, cancellations and refunds.

AsfarTrip is not responsible for any act or omission of any Supplier, including but not limited to schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbookings, denials of boarding, baggage issues, quality of service, or any other operational decision taken by the Supplier.

You agree to use the Website only for legitimate travel bookings for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You warrant that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

AsfarTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to the Website or Services to anyone, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.

All bookings made through AsfarTrip are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Supplier. A booking is not considered final until full payment is received and the Supplier has confirmed and issued the ticket or voucher.

After successful payment, tickets are usually issued within a reasonable time, typically within up to 3 hours. However, issuance may be delayed due to airline system checks, fare validation, security reviews, payment verification or technical issues on the Supplier side. AsfarTrip does not guarantee immediate issuance and shall not be liable for delays caused by the Supplier or any third party.

If the Supplier does not confirm your booking or rejects the fare, AsfarTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to the original method of payment without any further liability.

You must ensure that you are using a valid payment method with sufficient funds when completing a booking. By submitting your payment details, you authorize AsfarTrip or its payment partners to charge the full amount of the booking and any applicable taxes or fees.

A payment may fail or be declined for various reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient funds, bank rejection, expired session, technical error or suspected fraud. AsfarTrip is not responsible for any costs or consequences resulting from a failed payment.

AsfarTrip does not add any extra card processing fee on top of the displayed price. However, your bank or card issuer may charge international transaction fees, currency conversion fees or other charges, which are outside the control of AsfarTrip.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on the Website.

If you do not use your ticket for any reason, including but not limited to no-show at the airport, visa rejection, passport expiry, late arrival, failure to check in, incorrect travel documents or personal circumstances, AsfarTrip bears no responsibility or liability for the unused ticket.

Eligibility for a refund, if any, is determined solely in accordance with the fare rules of the airline or Supplier. Some tickets may be fully non-refundable if unused, and no amount will be returned.

AsfarTrip has no obligation to compensate, rebook, reschedule or provide any financial reimbursement for unused or partially used tickets under any circumstances once the ticket has been issued by the Supplier.

All requests for changes, cancellations or refunds are strictly governed by the fare rules and conditions of the relevant Supplier. Not all tickets are changeable or refundable, and some may be totally non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.

Where permitted by the Supplier, changes or cancellations may be subject to change fees, no-show fees, fare differences, service charges or other costs. Any refund amount will be calculated according to the Supplier's policy after deducting applicable charges.

Once a refund is approved by the Supplier, it may take several business days, and in some cases longer, for the amount to be processed by banks and payment gateways. AsfarTrip is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or Suppliers.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, AsfarTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.

AsfarTrip is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury arising from acts or omissions of any Supplier, including but not limited to changes in schedules, delays, cancellations, overbookings, denials of boarding, force majeure events, operational decisions or immigration and security decisions.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of AsfarTrip for any claim related to a booking shall be limited to the total amount paid to AsfarTrip for that specific booking.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

All content and materials on the Website, including text, images, logos, icons, graphics, software and other elements, are owned by or licensed to AsfarTrip and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print limited extracts of the Website solely for personal, non-commercial use related to your travel bookings. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing, publishing or creating derivative works, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Nothing on the Website shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the Website without the express written permission of AsfarTrip or the relevant owner.

You agree not to misuse the Website or interfere with its normal operation. In particular, you must not upload any harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated systems such as bots or scrapers without our written consent.

You must not post, upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, misleading or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the rights of any third party.

You must not make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or make bookings in anticipation of demand. AsfarTrip reserves the right to cancel any booking that it reasonably believes violates these obligations.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

AsfarTrip may, at its sole discretion, verify payments, request additional documentation or cancel bookings where fraudulent activity, misuse of payment cards or suspicious behavior is detected.

If your account or booking shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, AsfarTrip may cancel any related reservations and close any associated accounts. AsfarTrip reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to protect its interests.

Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply to certain products and services purchased through AsfarTrip, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Where applicable, VAT will be included or clearly displayed as part of the total price. You are responsible for complying with any tax obligations in your country of residence.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Website, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

AsfarTrip may send you notices and communications by email, SMS, phone call or by posting updates on the Website. Any legal notices to AsfarTrip must be sent in writing to our registered office address at 10 39th St – Al Karama – Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are committed to handling customer complaints in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a concern about a booking or service, you should first contact our customer support team using the contact details provided on the Website, including your Booking ID.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint following the grievance levels published on our help or contact pages. We will do our best to review and respond to your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
