All bookings made through AsfarTrip are governed by the fare rules and policies of the airline. AsfarTrip acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airline and cannot override, change, or waive any airline rules.
Eligibility for cancellation, the possibility of a refund, the amount to be refunded, and any applicable penalties are always determined by the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket.
AsfarTrip may charge a service fee for processing cancellation or refund requests, in addition to any penalties, no-show charges, or differences in fare imposed by the airline. Service fees charged by AsfarTrip are non-refundable in all cases.
For bookings made with low-cost airlines such as FlyDubai, Air Arabia, FlyNas, WizzAir and similar carriers, most tickets are sold under non-refundable conditions.
In many cases, low-cost carriers do not allow refunds after ticket issuance, except in very limited circumstances defined by the airline, such as involuntary changes or cancellations initiated by the airline.
Any changes, cancellations or refund requests for low-cost carriers generally must be handled directly with the airline. AsfarTrip can provide you with links and contact details for the airline but cannot guarantee approval of any change or refund.

For full-service airlines such as Emirates, Saudia, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Gulf Air and others, cancellation and refund options depend entirely on the fare type and conditions of the ticket you purchased.
Some tickets may be refundable with penalties, some may be partially refundable, and others may be completely non-refundable. These conditions are shown during booking and form part of your contract with the airline.
Any permitted change or cancellation must always be for the same passenger and the same airline. Route changes or upgrades are subject to availability, fare difference, and airline approval.
You cannot change your booking from one airline to another through AsfarTrip. If you wish to travel with a different airline, you must cancel your existing booking (if allowed by the airline) and make a new booking with the new airline.
Where the airline allows changes, change penalties and fare differences will apply in accordance with the airline's rules. AsfarTrip does not have any control over these charges.
AsfarTrip is not responsible for any increase in fare or price difference between your original booking and the new booking, whether due to availability, demand, or airline pricing decisions.
When requesting a change:
Some airlines may allow a same-day void (cancellation shortly after ticket issuance), subject to their own rules, conditions, and time limits. Not all airlines offer this option.
Where a void is permitted by the airline, AsfarTrip can assist with processing the request, subject to the applicable airline conditions.
Void rules:
If your ticket is eligible for a refund according to the airline's fare rules, the refundable amount will always be calculated by the airline after deducting applicable penalties, no-show charges if any, and any non-refundable components of the fare.
In addition to airline penalties, AsfarTrip charges a processing fee for handling refund or cancellation requests. This fee is separate and is not imposed by the airline.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed only to the original mode of payment used for the booking. Processing time may vary depending on the airline, payment gateway and issuing bank.
Refund & cancellation fees:
If a passenger fails to use their ticket as scheduled, the booking may be treated as a no-show by the airline. In most cases, no-show tickets are fully non-refundable.
AsfarTrip has no control over no-show rules and cannot guarantee any refund or waiver where the airline has classified the booking as no-show.
A booking may be considered no-show if the passenger:
AsfarTrip is not responsible for any unused or partially used tickets, including where the passenger decides not to travel, leaves the journey after commencement, or misses onward connections.
Any refund for unused or partially used tickets, if permitted at all, will be processed strictly in accordance with the airline's fare rules and may be very limited or not available.
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries, and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that violates such restrictions.
By requesting a change, cancellation, or refund, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation Policy as well as the airline's fare rules for your ticket.
