This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for flight tickets and related travel services booked through AsfarTrip.com.
By making a booking or submitting a refund request through our platform, you agree that all refunds are subject to this Policy, the airline's fare rules and applicable laws and regulations.
AsfarTrip acts only as an intermediary between you and the airline or supplier and does not guarantee that any ticket is refundable.
All refunds are strictly governed by the fare rules of the airline or travel supplier that issued the ticket. AsfarTrip cannot change or override these rules.
Refund eligibility, refund amount and refund timeline are fully controlled by the airline or supplier, not by AsfarTrip.
In addition to any airline penalties, AsfarTrip charges a refund processing fee for each refund request submitted on your behalf:
All AsfarTrip service and processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
If your ticket is eligible for same-day void, AsfarTrip will charge a void handling fee of AED 30 (or equivalent), in addition to any airline rules and charges.
Void eligibility depends entirely on the airline's conditions, time limits and booking status. Some airlines do not support void at all.
The following situations are generally considered non-refundable, unless the airline explicitly allows a refund:
Once the refund is approved by the airline or supplier, AsfarTrip will process it back to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card and the airline's internal processing time.
The final refund amount you receive may be lower than the original ticket price due to airline penalties, no-show fees, fare differences, non-refundable taxes, service charges and AsfarTrip processing fees.
AsfarTrip is not responsible for any fare differences, exchange rate variations or additional charges applied by airlines, banks or payment providers.
To request a refund, you must contact AsfarTrip customer support using the official channels published on our Website.
AsfarTrip is an online travel intermediary and does not own or operate any airline or travel service. All operational decisions, including refund approvals or rejections, are made solely by the airline or supplier.
AsfarTrip is not liable for any refusal by the airline to refund, any delays in processing a refund, or any loss arising from non-refundable tickets or partially used services.
In all cases, AsfarTrip's total aggregate liability related to a refund request shall be limited to the amount of service fees, if any, received by AsfarTrip for that specific booking.
